Brixton Rec Travel Poster
The Brixton Rec (or Recreation Centre) is a Grade II listed Brixton landmark. Since the 1980s, it has provided a range of leisure and activity facilities for Lambeth residents. Inside, the building features three swimming pools, a climbing wall and sunbathing deck. Above all, it is a social centre for the local community, and was visited by Nelson Mandela during his state visit in 1996.
This exclusive art print was designed by the Place in Print team, taking inspiration from the block colours and simple titling of vintage travel posters. It is available in a range of print sizes and frame finishes.
