Place in Print stocks a variety of Central London themed prints, posters, books, maps, homewares, clothing and gifts. Central London is, unsurprisingly, the most central portion of London. Although there is no fixed definition of the area that constitutes Central London, it is accepted to be the area that includes the city's most important political and cultural institutions.

The iconic South Bank in Central London is celebrated in style by these screenprinted tea towels from Place in Print. The area's name was first adopted during the Festival of Britain, and today includes landmarks such as the National Theatre, Royal Festival Hall and Hayward Gallery. Despite covering an area of only two square miles, the South Bank is one of London's busiest tourist areas, with attractions such as the London Eye keeping visitors entertained.
This screenprinted tea towel design was created by Place in Print by first cutting out the building shapes from black card. You can read more about the design process in this journal entry. There are two colour choices available, both offering a retro feel to match the style of the architecture featured.
Each tea towel is hemmed on all four sides, and comes with a handy hanging loop.
