Give your walls a 'splash' of colour with this limited edition Tooting Lido art print from Place in Print. The ever-popular swimming pool is the largest in the UK in terms of surface area, and has been a popular South London destination since it was opened in 1906. This print of Tooting Lido focusses on the iconic multi-coloured changing room doors that line either side of the pool. This artwork was designed in-house in 2016 and is being released in a strict limited edition of 200 prints.

This archival giclée print uses a special combination of paper and ink to recreate vibrant colours that won't fade. We print all our work ourselves in our London studio so that we can be sure that each print is of the highest quality. Once printed, each piece of art is hand embossed to certify authenticity before being numbered and titled in pencil. We are able to offer a choice of framing options, from print-only to ready-framed.

Size Guide

Paper: 210mm x 297mm
Mount: 300mm x 400mm
Frame: 330mm x 430mm

Framing

Take the hassle out of your print purchase by buying it ready-framed in one of our made-to-measure picture frames. Framed prints are dispatched just as quickly as unframed prints.

1. Pick a Frame

Pick from a choice of white, black or natural/unpainted frame colours. Our frames are made from wood from sustainable sources. The white and black frames have a smooth coating (no wood grain visible).

2. We Frame Your Print

Your print will be framed for you and quality-checked to ensure that it looks perfect before being sent out to you.

3. Delivered Safe and Sound

We package framed prints very carefully using a system of cardboard boxes and protective packaging before sending them out to you. In the unlikely event that your frame is damaged in transit, we'll replace it - no problem!

Printing Process

To produce our fine art giclée prints, we employ a specialist process which combines pigment inks with archival paper. This unique combination allows us to use vibrant colours which won't fade.

1. Ink

Tiny dots of ink are sprayed over the paper, colour-matching the on-screen design as closely as possible.

2. Paper

A thick, slightly off-white soft textured archival paper is used to give a sense of depth to the artwork.

3. Authenticity

We hand emboss many of our prints, and our limited edition prints are also hand numbered and titled, adding authenticity to your purchase.
